Website Contract
JMS will create a website using Host Excellence templates. The Client is responsible for acquiring and paying for a Host Excellence account. Once the account is live, the Client will give JMS his/her email address and password. JMS will then issue a new password to protect the Client's and JMS' interests while the website is being created. Once the website is finished and the fees have been paid to JMS, JMS will turn over the password to the Client. The Client can then change the password at his/her discretion. Should the Client wish JMS to continue to maintain the website, JMS will retain the confidential password. The Client agrees to grant sole acces to JMS in this regard and not be advised of the confidential password.
JMS will charge $35.00 per page for the inital service. After the website is published, should the Client wish JMS to continue to maintain the website, JMS will charge the Client $35.00/hr. for services. JMS will not bill the Client until at least one hour of service is met. A SAMPLE CONTRACT IS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD SHOULD YOU WISH TO REVIEW IT.

Should you wish to engage JMS to create your website, a signed contract is required along with one half of the estimated fee.
