About Submission Guidelines
Below you will find specific submission guidelines. Your submission should be mailed to our post office address in Lake Katrine, NY. Please click the "contact" screen for details. We cannot accept CD's only. We must have a paper copy so that our editors can effectively evaluate your project.
Step One:
Send JMS an e-mail advising that you are mailing a paper copy of your manuscript.
Step Two:
Send one complete paper copy of your manuscript (double spaced and paginated on letter size paper), a signed and notarized contract and a non-refundable retainer of one half of our estimated fee to our Lake Katrine, NY address. If you have chosen our "edit and disk" package, please send us a disk with an exact duplicate of your manuscript along with the paper copy. JMS will charge you $35.00 for edit services per every 12 pages and $61.25 an hour for edit and disk services per every 12 pages. An estimate for services will be sent prior to the signing of the contract for your review. Please click "contact" for mailing details.
Payment Plan
If you are in a position where half down is not feasible, ask us about our monthly payment plans. We will custom make a payment plan for you based on your ability to pay; however, the fee must be paid up before we submit the finished project to you.

A certified check or money order is acceptable.
