Submission Guidelines
Submission is simple. You can e-mail us or send your paper via snail mail. If you use the postal service, please be sure to e-mail us that you have sent
us your paper. We do not get to our post office box every day. We need to know if there is mail to pick up. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for completion from the time we receive your paper. We do not do last minute editing. We appreciate your consideration.
E-Mail Option
Simply send your submission to us at sirko47@hvc.rr.com. We will scan your paper, correct it, and make suggestions, etc. We will then send it back to you via e-mail. MAKE SURE TO KEEP A COPY OF YOUR PAPER AT ALL TIMES!
Snail Mail Option
If you prefer, you can send us a paper copy. Click "contact us" for our mailing address. Upon receipt, we will correct your copy and send it back to you via regular mail.
Your Presentation To JMS
Your paper must be typed, double spaced, and paginated. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP A COPY FOR YOURSELF. The copy you send us must be a duplicate copy. JMS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR PAPER. WE WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EDITORIAL CORRECTIONS, ORGANIZATION, AND/OR SUGGESTIONS.
