Our Business Products
Check out our products for quality, service, and price. All packages are paid for in advance of delivery. The client will receive a written receipt at the time of purchase. JMS will submit a color draft for the client's approval. Once written approval is given, JMS will complete the job. Local clients may pick up the project at our office. Long distance clients will receive their packages by certified mail through the U.S. Postal Service.
Brochures
Our brochure package includes 50 full color brochures printed on 8 1/2 X 11 business gloss, 32 lb. paper. Or you may choose a thicker brochure paper. Prices vary according to volume. Please call for details.
The text can be provided by the client and edited by JMS, or the client can have JMS do the writing in accordance with the client's specs for an additional charge.
Photographs are taken with a digital camera for local clients. Internet clients can submit photographs by e-mail. E-mail photographs must be in JPEG form.
Graphics can be provided by the client or JMS can use standard clip art or other types of graphics to complete your brochure.
Should the client request revisions on the first draft, there will be an additional charge.
(Simple corrections do not constitute an additional draft.)
Business Cards
Business cards are professionally printed with your logo. The logo must be provided by the client. Choose any two colors for the text. Text colors must be standard colors offered by Windows XP. Cards are printed on a white background unless otherwise requested. Background colors are extra. Our printer will print your cards at a competitive price. Should you require less than 1,000 cards, we can make them for you at the JMS offices. We can print your cards on Staples standard heavy weight paper, or
you may choose Avery brand business card forms which are thicker at an additional price. Please contact us for prices. Colored backgrounds are extra and vary in price. Please contact us for pricing..
JMS will personally work with you to create your cards to your specifications. We offer personal customer service where cheaper, online printers can only offer a limited amount of services.
Pamphlets, Newsletters, Proposals, Bids, Business Plans
All these products are professionally written and copied on high quality white or colored, 20 lb., 8 1/2 X 11 paper. Business gloss paper is also available.
Clients can write the material themselves and have JMS edit for correctness, or they can be written by JMS according to the client's input. The charge is $35.00 an hour. Ask us about our competitive prices for copies.
Websites
JMS will arrange for your website through Host Excellence and write your copy according to the information submitted. Host Excellence has a variety of packages to choose from along with hundreds of templates. JMS will charge $35.00 per page + the cost of the Host Excellence package chosen for the first draft only. If the client requests revisions, the cost will be $35.00 per hour. Or, a JMS representative will show you how to maintain your own website. Local clients can visit our office and choose the package and templates. JMS will arrange to coordinate by phone with long distance clients for the choice of the package and templates. Long distance clients must be able to be on the phone and the internet at the same time. Custom website packages vary in price and are much more expensive.
